Shipping and Delivery
This section explains Grocery Filipino shipping and delivery policies. We offer delivery anywhere in the United States and International. We ship products directly from our Northridge, CA warehouse via FedEx, DHL, USPS or UPS. We also ship to other US Territories(Learn Shipping to US Territories) , PO Boxes (Learn Shipping to PO Boxes) and Military (APO/FPO) addresses (Learn Shipping to Military Addresses).
Free Shipping
Most of the products we offer have FREE shipping within continental United States only, for orders over $59.00 and under 20 pounds. Excludes when shipping to other US Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, PO, FPO or APO addresses.
Some items like liquid juice, canned, bottles and frozen items has a total weight over 20 pounds may have additional shipping cost. In addition, necessary add-ons to shipping like coolers for frozen items or required signatures upon delivery are added cost associated to the free shipping policy. Items will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority FREE of charge.
Frozen Goods Shipping
Frozen goods are shipped in insulated mailers or styrofoam coolers(for large orders) with FDA-approved cold pack to preserve their shape and quality. Orders with frozen goods are ship from our Northridge CA warehouse from Monday to Thursday via 2-3 day shipping. States in the east coast and some central areas may pay extra for 2-3 day shipping to ensure the frozen product is delivered fresh.
Real-Time Shipping Rates
For orders do not qualify with FREE Shipping under. You may choose UPS or USPS as your shipping carrier. UPS Ground services can take 1-7 business days to arrive - not including processing time from our warehouse.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Shipping to PO Boxes is available additional charges may apply. You must select USPS as the shipping method at checkout. If a shipping carrier other than USPS is selected at checkout, additional shipping charges may be applied to your credit card automatically.
Shipping to Military APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority. The package cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine exact delivery time. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30-45 days. We will contact you to exclude restricted items such perishable goods if any was added. If a shipping carrier other than USPS is selected at checkout, additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card automatically. Learn more about APO/FPO transit times.
International Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for packages caught or held at customs, or any import duties and taxes that may be incurred when importing your goods. Please ensure that you understand your local country's laws and policies with respect to the import of food products. International buyers purchasing through GroceryFilipino.com agree that they will assume full responsibility for the purchase. In the event that a package is returned back to our warehouse, we will send a full refund and deduct the international shipping costs.
Fulfillment and Delivery
COVID-19 Shipping Update
During the ongoing global pandemic, our goal is to ship out orders within 2 business days from receipt. When the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Due to the pandemic and weather conditions the carriers we use such as United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) have all been experiencing some delays throughout their shipping network. The estimated delivery times ranges from 2 business days, up to 7 business days. Orders with frozen goods we ship Monday to Wednesday via 1-2 day ground shipping. We truly appreciate your patience.
